Braemar was one of the first houses  built in
Forest Glen Park. It may have been designed by T.F. Schneider,
the
architect of The Forest Inn hotel. It was patterned after an old English rectory. Braemar was the summer home of |

| The house still stands at the corner of Forsythe
and Wilton streets, about a block from the Seminary grounds. It is a private residence, and seems
to be in good condition. |
